COMING UP
Evangelical Evening Out will be at Bonnie and Clydes on April 24 at 6:30 p.m. Join us for this evening together, invite some guests, meet at the restaurant at 6:30, and plan on having a good time together.
Our Faithful, Hopeful, Loving stewardship emphasis begins on April 26 with three special Sundays, beginning with small group conversations during Sunday School at 9:00 and continuing with the theme for each Sunday in worship. Dedication and receiving of giving cards will be on May 17 during worship. Following worship we will share in a brunch and time of celebration. In addition to the small group conversations on Sunday mornings, Pastor Linda will also be available to lead small group discussions at Starbucks in Shelbyville on April 29, May 6 and May 13 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and lasting about an hour.
Women's Guild Spring Fling - Sunday, May 3, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $3.00 and are available from any Guild Member. A special program which was written by former Guild Member Betty Yanzer will be presented.
Work Camp Opportunity - We will be joining with others in the Indiana-Kentucky Conference during the week of May 31 to help people in Johnson county, IN who have ongoing needs from last year's flooding. Background checks will be completed on all adults. The cost per person for the week of camp is $75. If you would like to attend, please contact Pastor Linda.
